I aim to get all of your orders in the post in 1-3 working days, excluding custom orders. These usually take 1 - 3 weeks to create depending on spaces at the time of ordering.

Free shipping on all UK orders over £30
You orders will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class in the UK, orders over £50 will be sent by recorded delivery. This usually takes 1 - 2 days from dispatch.
NOT UK
We ship internationally from the UK.
International orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Standard Delivery. No tracking numbers are available for this service.
Depending on where you are, orders can sometimes take up to 21 days to arrive (Australia / USA), however it usually takes 5 - 7 days from dispatch.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
You can cancel your order at anytime from ordering the item, to up to 14 days after you receive your order. Get in touch by clicking here and let me know what you’d like to return, repackage it (original packaging should be fine for this), and send it back to the address I’ll give you in reply to your message.

Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the return, in a saleable condition, and can be expected to be returned to you in up to 7 working days.

I cannot accept returns on custom illustrations unless they are faulty.
I cannot refund the postage on returned items.
If there is something wrong with your parcel when it arrives please get in touch by clicking here. All packages are checked before they leave me, but sometimes things can go wrong whilst they’re on their travels to you. The last thing I want is an unhappy customer, so I’d love the chance to sort it out! You may be asked to provide a photo of the issue but then a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible.
You can also request a refund if that is what you’d prefer.
